By using this website, you agree to the following.

1. The House and this agreement. House of Tashan is the storefront of Tashan Time Inc, an independent dealer in pre-owned timepieces. It is not an authorized dealer of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any brand offered, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners. A sale is confirmed when we issue an invoice and receive your payment in full.

2. Condition. Every timepiece is sold pre-owned, in the condition described and photographed at the time of listing. Each piece is photographed in detail with a macro lens so its condition is represented honestly before purchase. What you see in the listing is the piece you receive.

3. Authenticity and verification. Each timepiece is inspected and authenticated by House of Tashan before it is offered, including verification of its reference and serial against the manufacturer's records and against stolen-property registries. To the best of our knowledge, every piece is authentic and free of undisclosed defect. Should a piece later be shown to be counterfeit, the sale may be rescinded and the purchase price refunded upon return of the piece in the same condition.

4. Testing. Before sale, each timepiece passes through inspection on the Witschi WAIO and related diagnostic equipment, described in full under How We Test. Testing is non-invasive and measures the movement's performance; it does not create the conditions it reveals.

5. Pricing and payment. Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is accepted by wire transfer, Zelle, and cash. To pay by card, a purchase is completed through our eBay, Chrono24, or Bezel listing, where that platform's fees, tax calculation, and terms apply. Payment is due in full before a timepiece ships or is released. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

6. Shipping and insurance. Orders ship fully insured and trackable, signature required. For security, packages are never labeled as containing a timepiece. While a timepiece is in our care it is insured under our commercial policy; a timepiece sent to us remains the sender's responsibility to insure until we take receipt.

7. Returns. Purchases may be returned only under our Return Policy, which governs the process in full. A return may be requested within 72 hours of confirmed delivery (or hand-off, if received in person); requests after that window are not accepted. A timepiece that is not as described, not authentic, or not in working order is always accepted and is never treated as final sale. Timepieces sourced to your specification, held on consignment, or made to order are final sale, confirmed to you in writing before the sale. Please read the Return Policy in full before purchasing.

8. Warranty. Each eligible timepiece is covered by the House of Tashan 12-month Limited Warranty against internal mechanical and movement defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, described in full on the Warranty and Ownership Coverage page. This is our own coverage, not a manufacturer warranty. It runs for twelve months, is offered to the original purchaser of record, is not transferable. It covers water-resistance defects during the term, assessed against the timepiece’s condition at testing; water resistance is not a permanent guarantee, and loss of water resistance through wear, age, or misuse is not covered. Because this written coverage is extended, any implied warranties are limited to the same twelve-month period rather than being set aside.

9. Selling, consigning, trading, or sourcing with us. If you are selling a timepiece to us, consigning one for sale, trading one toward a purchase, or asking us to source a specific reference, a separate agreement governs that transaction (Consignment Agreement, Trade-In Agreement, or Sourcing Agreement). Every client piece taken in is inspected on the Witschi WAIO, and any piece that fails a serial or authenticity check is grounds for House of Tashan to void the transaction.

10. Taxes and duties. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, or import fees.

11. Text messaging (SMS). With your consent, House of Tashan may send you text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about consultations, inquiries, and transactions, and, where you opt in, promotional messages. 12. Limitation of liability. Total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the purchase price of the timepiece. House of Tashan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Intellectual property. All site content, branding, and the House of Tashan name and logo are the property of Tashan Time Inc. Brand names, model names, reference numbers, and trademarks shown are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

15. Changes. These Terms may be updated at any time; the date above will reflect the latest version.
